Having your RV inspected before it goes up for sale is always a great idea. You’ll find out what should be repaired or replaced. Then, you can either do so or disclose the issues upfront. This will enhance buyer confidence and make it more likely that you’ll get a quick sale.

Occasionally Bank's and other Lending organizations will require an inspection before completing the loan process to ensure that their investment  is applied to a mechanically and structurally sound RV unit. This is great because it means that you will also receive a unit that will be in great shape and will potentially hold a high resale amount.

You should have your RV Air Conditioners serviced at least twice a year to remove dust, debris, and grease buildup. This will make sure everything stays in good shape and operating at full capacity. 1 square inch of obstruction in the fins will decrease cooling capacity by 1/8 of a degree and put the AC components under stress, shortening their lifespan and causing costly service repairs.
